What Do I Do As A Professional Organizer?

Through a partnership with you, the client, I help you with the PROCESS through and to the end result of organizing. An important part of this partnership is my ability to understand the needs and wants of my clients and be nonjudgmental and sensitive to their circumstances. Organizing services can be as simple as clearing your counters, and as involved as bringing order to the home of an aging relative, or creating easy work flow in your office. Educating you in maintaining the space or flow ensures your long-term results and productivity. You, the client, will dictate the scope of the services.

It is my goal to maximize your use of your space. You bring the treasures. I help you decide what to keep and how to best position and maintain a calm, enjoyable and functional environment.

What Do My Personal Assistants Do?

They help you coordinate and navigate the many daily details required to manage your household and schedule. They also help you tackle the unexpected or unusual event threatening to wreak havoc with your day.

We run errands. We collect, arrange and clarify paperwork for various professionals you are dealing with (e.g. accountant, doctor, investment counselor, banker, insurance carriers, pharmacist). We arrange for and oversee work done in your home. We spend our time making your household business calls to the phone company, cable company, plumber, repair persons - who many times put you "on hold". We act as a second set of ears at professional appointments. We organize and set up systems for medication and prescription management. We help you get ready for your big party; move; job interview etc. We keep you or your loved one on track and moving forward toward your (their) goals.
